Social Impact
Social Impact
Bain Mexico City has been closely involved with the community ever since the office was founded. We demonstrate our commitment to the development of our local community through pro bono consulting, fundraising, externships and volunteering for the causes we care about most.
Fundraising
Inspired by charity auctions held in other Bain offices and our strong culture of social impact and social gatherings, Bain Mexico City held its first-annual charity auction in November 2010.
Pro Bono
Bain Mexico City provides community groups and nonprofit organizations with pro bono strategic consulting services. For example, we developed a five-year growth plan for Semilla, a local organization that promotes fair employment.
Impacta
Through Impacta, our associate consultants and consultants have the opportunity to participate in pro bono projects in parallel with their regular Bain casework, performing roles above their tenure.
Volunteering
Every year we hold an office-wide volunteer day or weekend dedicated to serving the local community. Employees assist with a specific community need.
